Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not offered for programs and trainings. If cancelling 30 days prior the the start date, 100% credit is returned towards Once Upon a Mat offerings minus a 10% administration fees. There is no credit given if cancelling after 30 days. Sorry. Programs and Trainings scheduled in the winter will run despite the weather.
